Clause to be added to any purchase offer: The buyer agrees to undertake in good faith, as soon as possible and at their own expense, all necessary steps with the park owner (LESSOR) to obtain confirmation that they can sign a lease agreement (credit check, TAL investigation, or any other inquiry the LESSOR deems necessary). The buyer agrees to notify the seller in writing, within 20 days following the acceptance of this offer, that this condition has been fulfilled. Receiving such written notice within this period will fully satisfy this condition. In the absence of such written notice within the stipulated period, this purchase offer will become null and void. The LESSOR reserves the right to refuse a new tenant based on their investigations.
