Cédric Lebeau is a seasoned real estate broker with over 20 years' experience, and owner of the RE/MAX Évolution and RE/MAX Futur agencies. His career began in the residential sector, where he helped hundreds of families and individuals realize their real estate projects. Over the years, he has extended his expertise to specialized areas such as commercial real estate, industrial real estate and development, becoming a reference in these sectors.

Today, Cédric devotes himself fully to managing his agencies, which embody his core values: integrity, transparency and efficiency. His main mission is to support brokers by offering them practical tools and advice to develop their customer portfolios and close successful transactions.

Before turning to real estate, Cédric began his career in the automotive industry, where he honed his customer service and negotiation skills. These acquired skills have become major assets in his approach to the real estate brokerage profession, where he always puts his customers' needs first.

A father of three, Cédric considers his family a constant source of inspiration and motivation.

Very involved in his community, he actively supports causes close to his heart, notably Opération Enfant Soleil, an organization dedicated to helping sick children. For him, success is measured not only in financial results, but also in the positive impact he can have on others and on the community he so devotedly serves.

Stéphanie is a trained mechanical engineer. After several years in the engineering field, she decided to shift her career to focus on real estate, a sector she has always been passionate about. She is responsible for compliance within the agency, ensuring that every transaction meets legal and regulatory requirements, thereby enhancing the company's credibility and reliability. Her rigor, combined with a keen eye for detail, makes her an indispensable pillar of the team.
