The house (Viceroy) was built in 2005 while respecting the standards of the waterside protection strip and the lines delimiting the floodable portion of the land near the river.

Its interior will charm you. The main rooms facing the river side, the windows combined with a superb cathedral ceiling provide very interesting light. Whether in the living room, the dining room or the kitchen, the atmosphere of this living space, enhanced by its wood-burning fireplace, will comfort and delight you.

The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.

In the basement:
The space available in the large family room of 22.7 x 31.8 offers different possibilities, including the addition of a bedroom.

There are also plumbing installations if you want to add another bathroom.


A 14 x 18 workshop with direct access to the outside. The equipment is grouped there: central heat pump *Carrier*, central vacuum *Soluvac*, water softener *Ecowater. The ceiling is approximately 10 feet high.

There are also four storage spaces.

The 20 x 32 detached garage is made of hemlock wood and has a 15 x 30 lean-to which is very useful for outdoor storage or as a carport.
